On this week's Hey Neighbor we're joined by Matt St. Croix, founder of CNY Savage Basketball and the upcoming Downtown Classic.The beautiful Utica University- Nexus Center in Utica, NY will play host for the Downtown Classic December 28-31. This unique event will feature close to 30 of Upstate New York's top boys and girls high school teams competing under the bright lights of this state of the art arena, in the heart of Downtown Utica.
