This week's Hey Neighbor episode is a bit different... As many of you know Scott's father, Paul T. Grates passed away last Tuesday evening. Paul spent his entire 73 years here in Central NY and was somebody who truly embodied Living Local. With this episode we honor his memory and offer our thanks to the countless people who have been there for us these past few weeks.  In the spirit of our mission we'll recognize a few:
