On this week's Hey Neighbor we're joined by Lieutenant Colonel Scott Helmer of the NY Air National Guard. Scott currently serves as the Chief Nurse of the 139th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and has put in 33 years of federal military service. In addition to his military responsibilities, Scott also works as a nurse right here in the Mohawk Valley Heath System.
